Making a claim
When something goes wrong on site, your broker does the heavy lifting. We lodge the claim and advocate with the insurer so you can keep working.
1. Get in touch as soon as you can
Call us on 1300 080 323 or email info@stonewellinsurance.com.au. For urgent situations (injury, major property damage), make the site safe and call emergency services first.
2. Have these handy
- Your policy or business name
- What happened, with the date and location
- Photos or video of any damage
- Details of anyone else involved (and their insurer, if known)
- Any quotes, invoices or reports you already have
3. We lodge and advocate
We submit the claim to your insurer, keep you updated, and push for a fair, prompt outcome. If a claim is disputed, having a broker in your corner is exactly when it pays off.
