Construction Cover is a brand of Stonewell Insurance Pty Ltd (ABN 23 645 965 699), a Corporate Authorised Representative (No. 1285612) of McLardy McShane Partners Pty Ltd (AFSL 232987). We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you provide: business name, email, phone, state, trade, the covers you're interested in, turnover band, preferred start date and payment frequency. We may also record technical information such as your IP country and browser for security and fraud prevention.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare and discuss insurance quotes, contact you about your enquiry, and arrange cover. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
To arrange your cover we may disclose your information to insurers and underwriters, and to McLardy McShane Partners Pty Ltd as our AFSL licensee. We use reputable service providers (for example, email delivery and secure hosting on Cloudflare) to operate this service.
Storage, security & retention
